Wie viele von Euch schon auf Instagram gesehen haben, wo ich in der letzten Zeit mit Spoilern ja nicht gerade gegeizt habe, ist es nach monatelangem Tüfteln an Farben, Formen und Verarbeitung endlich so weit: die toowooltobecool Maschenmarkierer sind da, und ich könnte nicht glücklicher und aufgeregter sein. 

Vor dem allerersten Shop-Update am Samstag habe ich hier ein paar Infos zusammengestellt, die für Euch relevant sein könnten:

• Das erste Maschenmarkierer Shopupdate findet am 08.05.2021 um 18.00 CET in meinem Etsy Shop statt. Von da an wird, soweit alles gut geht, einmal pro Monat an jedem 2. Samstag ein Shopupdate stattfinden. Anfangs mit immer unterschiedlichen Modellen, werden mit der Zeit allgemein beliebte Klassiker abwechselnd immer wieder mal auftauchen.
• Das erste Design, das erhältlich sein wird, ist das Modell "Regenbogen mal anders", das ihr auf dem Bild weiter oben bestaunen könnt.
• Versandt werden die Maschenmarkierer derzeit nur innerhalb der EU! An einer internationalen Versandoption tüftle ich im Hintergrund aber bereits fleißig herum. Die Versandkosten innerhalb der EU übernehme ich.
• Aufgrund des von mir gewählten Klick-Verschlusses sind die Maschenmarkierer sowohl für Eure Strick- als auch Häkelstücke geeignet. Beim Stricken können Sie bis zu einer Nadelstärke von 10mm auf den Nadeln mitgeführt werden.
• Es wird Maschenmarkierer in 5er Sets  und dazu passenden Ohrringen in stark begrenzter Anzahl geben – auch, damit ich bei diesem ersten Update alle Abläufe „durchspielen“ kann ohne dass für Euch zu lange Wartezeiten entstehen.
• Apropos Wartezeiten: die Maschenmarkierer werden in Gold und Silber angeboten, weshalb die Bearbeitungszeit nach dem Kauf auch ca. 3-5 Werktage betragen wird, da ich sie erst nach dem Bestellen individuell für Euch zusammenbauen werde.
• Die twtbc Maschenmarkierer sind handgefertigte Einzelstücke aus Polymer Ton und aufgrund ihres leichten Gewichts und ihrer "Klimpergeräuschfreiheit" äußerst angenehm in der Anwendung.
• Umweltbewusstsein und Nachhaltigkeit sind mir persönlich sehr wichtig, weshalb ich auf die Verwendung von Plastik so weit wie irgendwie verzichten möchte und beim Versand Eurer Bestellungen auch die eine oder andere Verpackung eines Pakets, das originalerweise einmal an mich gegangen ist, wiederverwenden werde - natürlich achte ich im Rahmen dessen aber auf selbstverständliche Kriterien wie Sauberkeit und ein liebevoll gestaltetes Auspackerlebnis für Euch!

You might have already seen it on all over my Instagram, mostly because I absolutely wasn’t very silent about it on there, but after months and months of trial and error, experimenting on different shapes, colors and how to’s toowooltobecool’s aka my first stitch markers will drop this Saturday in my Etsy Shop.

I couldn’t be more happy and excited and thought I’d make a litte list of the most commonly asked questions so you guys are well prepared for the Saturday action. Here we go:

• The first stitch marker shop update ever will happen this Saturday, 08. of May 2021 18pm CET in my Etsy Shop. If everything goes well, I plan on doing a shop update with new designs once a month and with time I’ll also bring back beloved favorites.
• The first featured designs will be “Regenbogen mal anders” (German for something like “rainbows seen different”, pictured above). There will be sets of 5 stitch markers (hello, raglan makers ;)) and also matching earrings available in a very limited number – mosty to give myself the chance to get into the “groove” and figure everything out, and to make sure waiting times for you won’t be too long.
• Speaking of waiting times: since the stitch markers will be available in silver and gold, I can only start assembling them once you’ve placed your order. I’ll try to work as fast as I can but please allow up to 5 workdays from placing your order until it’s being sent.
• For now the stitch markers will be sold within the EU only! But the option of international selling is definitely something I’m already working on in the shadows. Shipping cost within the EU are on me.
• Thanks to the clasps I chose to go with, the stitch markers are useable for knitters as well as crochet lovers and are suitable for knitting needles up to 10mm.
• Every twtbc stitch marker is a handmade, one of a kind piece and is made from polymer clay. Therefore they're really light weight and annoyingtinkle-free which makes them super enjoyable to work with.
• Being mindful about nature and the environment is really important to me. Thus when arranging your order I try to avoid plastic as much as possible and you might find your order sent in an already pre-used carton that once brought something to my doorstep. Of course cleanliness and giving you guys a fun and loving experience when opening your order are just as important and I sure won’t compromise on that.
